One day refresher sessions are available for any of the training courses. All course material isregularly updated to reflect product enhancements.

Standard End User Training Courses

 

Hometrack has designed standard courses covering all the main products. The courses ensure that all end users become proficient and confident with the product's capabilities. Courses start from an Introductory level, where basic foundation skills are obtained, following through to Administrator level for power users.

Specialist Training Courses

Hometrack has designed a couple of specialist courses that are targeted at dataMAP administrators who are looking to achieve elite status with GIS functionality. The following courses are available:

• dataMAP Macro Language (DML) Training Course

• GIS Developer Training Course

'Pick n' Mix' Training Courses

Hometrack can 'pick n' mix' the most relevant areas of a given Standard Training Course and sculpt it to specific training requirements. This approach allows a more focused training course, yet still ensuring that the core skills are obtained. A refresher course of any of Hometrack's products is a good example of this pick n' mix training course.

Customised Training Courses

 

Hometrack can provide a customised training course based on any of the products. Typical users that would benefit from this are administrators, or organisations that require help in solving specific business problems.
Customised training courses can be used for both a 'one-on-one' private training session, or for multiple users.
